a. Rigmi acts as a broker to arrange transportation services between shippers, carriers, and consignees. b. Rigmi does not own or operate the transportation equipment used for freight shipments.
4. Invoice Factoring Services
a. Rigmi provides invoice factoring services to clients, allowing them to obtain immediate payment for freight invoices. b. Terms and conditions related to invoice factoring are outlined in separate agreements between Rigmi and its clients.
5. Fees and Payments
a. Clients agree to pay fees for Rigmi’s services as outlined in the applicable agreements.
b. Rigmi reserves the right to modify fees and payment terms with prior notice to clients.
6. Limitation of Liability
a. Rigmi shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of its services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Confidentiality
a. Rigmi agrees to maintain the confidentiality of client information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

a. Either party may terminate services with prior written notice, subject to the terms of any existing agreements.
